Battlefield AR

Point your phone at the horizon while standing on or near the battlefield, and see the historical vantage points around you, live.

This needs a phone: its camera, GPS, and compass, all live, granted directly in your browser. Nothing is uploaded -- your camera feed and location never leave your device. This is a real, working implementation, but its on-the-ground accuracy can only be confirmed by testing it while actually standing at Gettysburg, which we haven't been able to do from here.

This will ask for three permissions: camera (to show the AR view), location (to know where you're standing), and motion/orientation (to know which way you're facing).
